Me & Mine
"The fact is that most putts don't drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, and most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is just like an old time rail journey.... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinder, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride."
President Gordon B. Hinckley

dumb computer
Since the day after my last post, our computer has been down. I miss seeing everyone's blogs! I feel out of the loop now. I'm on my boss's computer to tell anyone who is interested that the blood sugars have FINALLY stabled. I heard the heartbeat on Wednesday and I have the big ultrasound appt. on March 31st so things are going much better. Thank you so much for the prayers and thoughts in my direction. I've felt them and its helped me get through. Now let's just pray this little baby is healthy! Stupid diabetes. It's definitely my trial but I don't want my inability to control it to create a trial for my baby too. I think it's a boy by the way. We'll see! Anyway, loves!
